UIBS | Microsoft Partner is looking for an energetic, cheerful and orderly presented Receptionist & Back Office Administrator.

The candidates should have genuinely relevant experience gained either as a corporate Receptionist or in an executive customer services representative, to be considered for this role with previous experience in back office administration.

The role will hold duties relating to back office administration and support including, but not limited to, dealing with incoming and outgoing communciations as well as other ad-hoc administrative tasks which will require good IT skills, excellent communication and organisational ability.

The successful candidate must appreciate that their function is the first point of contact for the firm and recognizes that first impressions are very important. Necessary personal attributes must include the ability to stay calm under pressure, be courteous, discreet and tactful, efficient and well organized in our professional environment.

We are looking for someone who can be self-motivated and who is interested in developing themselves, the role and the service it provides both internally and to our clients.
