We have introduced a new email address management capability that allows guest email addresses to be updated securely across the platform. This enhancement supports both self-service updates by travellers through the website and administrative updates by authorized CRS users through the UIBSplatform.
Enhancements
Secure Guest Email Updates
- Travellers can now request an email address change from their profile within the website.
- Email changes are subject to validation and verification before being applied.
- Guests are required to confirm ownership of their existing email address before the update is completed.
Admin-Assisted Email Updates
- Authorized CRS users can update a traveller's email address when the guest is unable to access or verify their current email account.
- Administrative changes are fully tracked and recorded for audit purposes.
